When you use kamline.net, we collect the following data:

Important: Kamline never stores full card numbers. Payments are processed directly by our PCI-DSS certified providers (Stripe, PayPal).

3. Data recipients

Your data may be shared with the following recipients, strictly to carry out your booking:

Airlines and transport providers (via the Duffel platform);
Partner hotels and car rental companies;
Payment providers: Stripe, PayPal, Orange Money, Campay;
Travel insurer: Allianz Travel (only if you take out a policy);
Competent authorities, only upon legal request.

Kamline never sells or rents your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Retention period

Booking data is kept for 5 years from the travel date, in line with accounting and tax obligations. Marketing data is kept for 3 years from the last contact unless you object.

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights over your personal data:

Right of access: obtain a copy of your data;
Right to rectification: correct inaccurate data;
Right to erasure: ask for your data to be deleted;
Right to restriction: restrict the processing of your data;
Right to portability: receive your data in a structured format;
Right to object: object to processing for marketing purposes.

6. Cookies

The website uses technical cookies (required for it to work), analytics cookies (audience measurement) and personalisation cookies, including a cookie that remembers your language choice. Kamline implements appropriate technical and organisational measures (SSL/TLS encryption, restricted access, certified providers) to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure.

8. Transfers outside the EU

Some data may be transferred to providers outside the European Union (in particular for bookings to international destinations). These transfers are covered by GDPR-compliant standard contractual clauses.
