Article 4 — Prices and payment

Full payment is due at the time of booking unless explicitly stated otherwise. Accepted payment methods:

Article 8 — APST financial guarantee

In accordance with French regulations (Tourism Code), Kamline holds a financial guarantee with the APST (Association Professionnelle de Solidarité du Tourisme), a body approved by the French State. This guarantee ensures that customer payments are refunded, or customers repatriated, if the agency becomes insolvent.

Article 9 — Liability

Kamline’s liability is strictly limited to faults directly attributable to the agency in the booking process.

Any complaint should first be sent to Kamline by email at contact@kamline.net. If no amicable solution is found within 60 days, the customer may refer the matter free of charge to the Tourism and Travel Mediation service (MTV.travel) under Article L. 612-1 of the French Consumer Code.

Article 12 — Personal data

The processing of personal data collected for bookings is described in our Privacy Policy, which complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
